Our client is a leading organization in the F&B industry. They are looking to hire a HR Manager to lead the recruitment and on-boarding activities.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you are expected to lead the recruitment and onboarding activities such as planning recruitment to meet business needs, managing budget for recruitment, creating new recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and verifying employees' information accuracy, etc. You should also assist in employees' compensation and benefits, schedule and lead company events, and execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
You should have at least a Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent, with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from F&B or retail background. You should be result-oriented and are able to work independently under pressure. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
