This is a US based company in the IT/online platform industry. Due to increase in volume, they currently have a need for a HR specialist to come in and assist them for 3-4 months.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be tasked with HR duties which include the full spectrum of end to end support for new joiners. You will be responsible for helping new joiners with queries, travel arrangements, on boarding process, ensuring documentation are in place, medical insurance registration and updates, liaising with payroll vendors, employment pass application, managing paperwork for employee exit and other ad hoc duties.
You should have a Diploma/Degree in Business/HRM. Immediate availability preferred. You should be energetic, able to work independently in a fast paced environment. You should have good initiative and are a good communicator. You must be able to speak Mandarin as you are required to liaise with the China counterparts.
