The Company
Our client is a well-established French MNC which specializes in online advertising & marketing. They are looking for a receptionist to join them on a yearly renewable contract basis.
The Role
For this role, you will be in charge of control in procure to pay workflow for general supplies and workplace services. You have to plan and deliver practical workplace experience plans toward a safe and great place to work for. You need to organize shipping, receiving and overseeing the inventory of office supplies, equipment and furniture. You will also need to handle travel arrangements for employees, organize events, take phone calls and receive visitors as and when required.
Your Profile
You should have at least a bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year working experience within a Hospitality/Creative/Agency with emphasis on client service. You should have good communication skills and are able to work independently. Basic PC skills will be required.
