Our client is a European MNC in the software industry. They currently have a need for an Office Administrator on a part time basis. This will be on a 6 months renewable contract basis.
Reporting to the manager, you are required to handle office management duties. This includes booking of meeting rooms, hotels and flights bookings, taking care of pantry needs, office maintenance and repair, organizing events, renewing insurance, liaising with IT on setting up of laptops as well as any other general admin duties.
You should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work with minimal supervision. Immediate availability preferred.
