Established US MNC and a key leader in its industry is hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to join its expanding operations.
As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for month end closing and financial reporting requirements, preparation of BU reports (P&L and Balance Sheet), reviewing and improving billing, WIP, debt, PO, ledger postings against forecast and plans, contract reviews as well as maintaining KPI spreadsheet across BU.
This is an operationally driven position, where you will business partner and support non-finance stakeholders closely. You will also be involved in project accounting and project management work, and actively drive process and system enhancement initiatives across the BU in the region.
- Business partnering skills and operational involvement are key
- Ability to work in a fast-paced MNC environment and strong communication skills required
- CPA. Big 4 experience is a plus
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor degree, and CPA qualification is a strong plus. Min. 4 years of professional experience. To possess strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, along with adaptability to changes and a positive learning attitude.
