Our client is an IT consultancy firm and is a leader in its industry. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a HR manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the MD, you will be required to perform the full spectrum of HR function. This includes recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, etc. You will also be involved with developing HR policies, implementing initiatives to improve employee retention, dealing with grievances, oversee payroll matters, act as business partner and liaise with internal stakeholders on manpower planning, etc.
You should have a degree in business administration/HRM or its equivalent. You should have good communications skills and good interpersonal skills. You should be familiar with and have knowledge in employment act and MOM regulations. Prior experience working in IT industries will be an advantage.
