Our client is an IT consultancy firm and is a leader in its industry. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a HR manager/Advisor to join their growing team. This role will start off as a 3 months contract and may have the possibility to convert to permanent.
You will be required to provide HR advice to the MD. This includes performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee retention, etc. You will also be involved with developing HR policies and processes, implementing initiatives to improve employee retention, etc.
You should have a degree in business administration/HRM or its equivalent. You should have good communications skills and good interpersonal skills. You should be familiar with and have knowledge in employment act and MOM regulations. Prior experience working in IT industries will be an advantage.
