Our client is an MNC operating in the manufacturing industry. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a HR Manager skilled in Learning and Development to manage training and development matters for their growing team.
You will be required to create learning strategies and programs, design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. You will also be involved with evaluating the organisational development needs and assessing the success of the company's development plans. For this role, travelling is also required to countries such as Indonesia, Thailand and China.
You should have a degree in business administration/HRM, with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in L&D. You should have good communications skills and good interpersonal skills. You should be familiar with and have knowledge in employment act and MOM regulations.
