The Company
Our client is a well-known international FMCG company. They are looking for a regional PMO to be part of the ERP implementation project.
The Role
The activities of the PMO are centralised around resource and work planning & control, budget management, and product quality control. The PMO supports the Regional Programme Manager to administer and operate within different project management areas and manage people to deliver scheduled and on demand tasks in time, scope and budget.
  • Report generation following a predefined script as well as preparation of custom reports for project needs in close cooperation with Change & Communication Lead, where relevant
  • Administration and monitoring of risks and issues
  • Help with implementation and sustain standard project management methodology in close cooperation with Global Core team PMO
  • Keep track of actions, plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables and dependencies
  • Project metrics reporting and project finance management
  • Facilitation of internal and external meetings
  • Monitoring of relations between project areas and active improvement submission
  • Organizing project resource management and propose resolution of resourcing conflicts
  • Backfill the Team Assistant role where required
Your Profile
  • 7+ years of proven experience managing ERP implementations and building, leading and managing cross functional teams
  • Degree in finance or IT or other relevant subject
  • Focus on details, errorless delivery, logical reasoning
  • Proactive with can-do-attitude
  • A strong team player, proven team leadership potential
  • Proven project, time, and resource management skills in an environment where multiple implementations will take place simultaneously
  • Strong management and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of MS Project (Server) and/or MS SharePoint is an advantage
  • Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. invoicing and budgeting)
  • Able to travel up to 30%
