The Company
Our client is professional IT services company in the investment sector. They are currently looking for a SAP Success Factors Project Manager to lead their implementation of their new HRIS (6 months contract).

The Role
The SAP Success Factor Project Manager will be responsible to lead the entire end to end project life cycle towards the planning, development, implementation and documentation of the new HRIS.

Job scope:
  • Work with the system integrator's IT PM to build the master project plan with inputs and partnership to meet project deliverables and agreed outcomes.
  • Act as the focal point working with both internals and externals stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope to make sure that the scope of work agreed as part of contract is delivered by the system integrator.
  • Ensure project risks are mitigated timely
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage the vendor
  • Ensure the logistics are arranged at the client site for the system integrator
  • Manage activities associated with data cleansing, synchronization and ultimately migration to the new HRIS. You will work effectively with all third party service providers to ensure a smooth data extraction and migration
  • Help the team with the UAT, identify potential gaps in the system.
  • Contribute as a change manager, working in conjunction with HR to effectively engage with all stakeholders including the businesses to drive effective change management and system acceptance/adoption
Upon the system going live, the key duties include:
  • Support client's problem and bring solutions
  • Support ongoing run and maintenance meeds of the core application tools
  • Technical assistance to the HR team when necessary
  • Define technology adoption for new HR initiatives in a way that would align with the organization's HRIS design principles
Your Profile
  • Degree in computer sciences, IT or related discipline
  • 10 years' experience of IT Project Management and at least 3 full end to end implementation of HRIS of medium to large size projects (SAP Success Factors)
  • SAP Success Factors strong knowledge and understanding
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources Functional Service processes
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical/problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and attention to details
  • Experience in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall or Agile)
  • Quick learner, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing growing organization.
  • Experience in the design of regular/ad-hoc reports of a complex nature would be highly preferred.
