Our client is a well-established MNC in the advertising industry. They are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join the team. This is a newly created position.
For this role, you are expected to handle office administrative duties such as buying of office stationaries, booking of meeting rooms, making travel arrangements for the employees, and attending to walk-in guests at the reception area.
You should have at least a Diploma or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of experience in the administrative field, preferably from MNC background. You should have good communications skills and are able to work independently. Immediate availability preferred.
