The Role

* Responsible for providing operational, administer and monitor support for SAP systems in Asia Pacific and another regions (EMEA, North and Latin America)
* Support project/activity in SAP Support Package/Enhancement Package upgrade, DB upgrade and migration from design, testing, go live to post-production support
* Perform SAP system proactive and reactive complex problem analysis (performance/capacity), health check, troubleshooting and tracking with vendors, evaluate, propose and implement resolution
* Support internal and external audit of SAP systems
* Support and work closely with international team for global roll-out project
* Develop and maintain SAP technical documentation
* Provide status report for operation and projects to management
* Work closely with other infrastructure service owner, technical operations team and application team to ensure delivery of SAP services within the SLA's and performance targets

Your Profile

* Minimum a diploma in computer science or equivalent
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in SAP Basis and Netweaver technology (ABAP and JAVA AS)
* At least completed 3 full life-cycles of SAP implementation and technical landscape (Design, Build, Test and Support)
* Experience with following SAP components: SAP 4.6/4.7, ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, CRM 7.0, SCM 7.0, Solution Manager, GTS, Java (single and double stack) on Oracle DB, MaxDB and IBM AIX platform
* Exposure in SAP Business Objects and SAP HANA as well as SAP certification would be advantage
* Familiar with SAP Identity Management (IdM), Central User Administration (CUA), SAP clustering system and Output Management System (OMS)
* Excellent technical documentation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
* Familiar with IT Service Management tool (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Asset Management) based on ITIL methodology
* Willing to travel, posted in other regional data center and on-call duty support (24x7)
