Our client is a UK MNC in the services industry. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire a junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle their recruitment function.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment function from posting of job ads to screening of resumes, arranging and conducting interviews up to the onboarding stage. You will have to liaise and partner with internal hiring managers closely, work with them on the manpower planning and hiring needs. You will also be required to participate in recruitment campaign and handle HR related matters.
You should have a degree and/or diploma in HR/Business administration or any related discipline with 2-3 years of recruitment experience. You should be able to work in a fast paced environment and are able to handle many openings/positions. You should have good communication skills and are able to work independently. Immediate availability preferred.
