- You will manage the full life cycle of the Trust Administration and will supervise a small team of Trust administrators. You will also be the main point of contact for client's request. In your role, you will liaise with different stakeholders like lawyers, investment managers or private bankers. You will be responsible to supervise the check of all documents including minutes, Director's resolution, any type of banking forms etc. You will also be actively looking at internal controls and procedures.
- On top of it, you will be responsible for checking annual accounts, bank statements and transactions being sure nothing important has been missing. In your role you will act with a high standard or ethics and integrity and you will help your team member to grow in their function.
- You have between 5 and 8 years of relevant experience in a regulated trust company environment with some existing experience as a manager. You have a good understanding of the statutory and regulatory requirements, and best practice, for the administration of client entities and strong client relationship skills. You are a fair manager and a good leader, able to put your team in the right direction. You are hands on and hard worker, able to handle pressure and respect dead lines.
