The Company
Our client is a well-established technology company. They are currently looking for an Office cum HR administrator to assist them for a 6 months duration.

The Role
You will be supporting the director and will be tasked with HR function such as updating employee database, assisting with recruitment, staff induction, preparing offer letter, etc. You will also be involved with administrative duties such as ordering stationery, ensuring that the office is well maintained, supervising a pantry lady, booking travel arrangements, etc. You will also be needed to assist in processing the expenses and helping with mailing out invoices.

Your Profile
You should have a diploma in business administration/HR/secretarial or any related discipline. You should be able to work independently and have good interpersonal skills.
