Our client is a U.S MNC in the financial services sector. Looking to expand the Singapore team, our client is actively sourcing for outstanding professionals to join them.
This role is responsible for general office admin and reception duties such as organizing office events, making hotel bookings for the employees, attending to visitors, and transferring of calls, etc. You are also expected to assist in basic HR duties including onboarding / offboarding tasks, and visa applications.
You should have at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of working experience in general office administrative work.
