Our client is a global leader in the publishing sector. They are currently looking for a receptionist to support the Singapore office.
This role is required to take care of the reception duties such as answering of calls, attending to visitors, and receiving mails, etc. You should also help to make travel arrangements and facilitate group business travel insurance claims, etc.
You should possess at least a Diploma with experience in handling reception duties. You should have good presentation and communication skills. Immediate availability preferred.
