Accountant (Luxury Retail MNC)

The Company

Join a celebrated luxury retail brand as an Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity working within a competent finance team, with the vision to safeguard accuracy of financial statements for the retail entities in the ASEAN region.

The Role

You will manage the full spectrum of the accounting and finance function for one of the entities, ensuring smooth operations of the daily operational accounting matters including sales reconciliation, receivables and accounts payables. You will guarantee timely retail month end closing, including reconciliation with point of sales and sales reporting to the landlord. You will also guarantee good corporate governance and compliance with internal controls and group financial policies, responsible for statutory audits, tax compliance ands any other related statutory reporting.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must hold a degree in Accounting, ACCA or Diploma in Accounting with at least 5 years' of relevant full sets of accounting experience from a retail sector with experience in using SAP. A collaborative team player, who has a positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills are highly desired for this role.
