Our client is a leading organization in the insurance broking industry.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be involved in both accounting and administrative duties. The main responsibilities include handling of accounts receivables and payables, preparing schedules for quarterly GST reporting, updating treasury spreadsheet, and assisting the daily office administration duties such as answering phone calls, checking mailbox, filing documents and replenishing office supplies, etc.
You should have at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling partial set of accounts. Experience in insurance broking industry will be an advantage.
