Our client is a US MNC in the REIT Industry. They are currently looking for an Assistant HR Manager with Business Partnering experience (covering APAC) to join their expanding HR team.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be tasked with the full spectrum of HR function. You will be working with internal stakeholders closely and will be involved with strategic decisions making such as talent management, learning and development, etc. You will be part of the team to develop HR Policies, thus good to be familiar with Singapore's HR Policies. You are to manage employee relations and develop retention strategy.
You should have a degree/diploma in business administration/management/HRM with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the relevant capacity. Prior experience in a regional role is preferred. You should have strong communications skills and can work independently. Immediate availability will be good.
