Our client is a leading Japanese MNC in the retail industry. They are looking for an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic HR team.
As an Assistant Manager, you will need to manage the full spectrum of recruitment, sourcing for talent, conducting interviews, managing recruitment cost, funding plans development, managing succession planning processes, preparing employment contract, planning of management trainees processes and leading a team of 2 etc.
You should possess at least a Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of experience in the HR field with some supervisory experience. Candidate should possess good communication skills and willing to work independently as well as with a team. Candidates with good experience in Talent Acquisition/management will be highly considered.
