Our client is local listed company in the property sector. They currently have a need for a Compensation and Benefits Manager. This is a newly created role.
You will be involved with the full spectrum of compensation and benefits function. You will be tasked with consolidation of market data for review and analysis, providing benefits administration, and preparation of health insurance, etc. You will also assist to support in ad hoc projects such as drafting out benefits, looking at rewards management, providing salary for management roles as well as updates on the different pay bands.
You should have a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the HR field. Excellent communications skills and strong problem-solving skills would be required. You should be able to work with minimal supervision and are proficient in using excel function.
