Our client is a US listed MNC in the manufacturing industry. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to assist them for 3 to 6 months.
Reporting to the customer service manager, you will be tasked with administrative duties which include processing orders using SAP, working with factory planner to reschedule request, responding to customer web portal as well as sending shipment and backlog reports to customers.
Your ProfileYou should have minimum Diploma with 1-2 years of administrative experience. Knowledge in SAP and Excel skills preferred. You should also have good communication skills and the ability to work independently. Immediate availability will be advantageous.
