Our client is an MNC in the pharmaceutical industry. Due to expansion, they are looking Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team on a 4 months basis with a high chance of permanent position after the contractual period.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible to answer to the customer's request, queries on the product in a timely manner, resolve any matters pertaining to customer's complaints, coordinate with warehouse to trace for delayed or missing shipments etc.
You should possess at least a Diploma in any discipline with at least 2years of experience in the customer service field. Good written and spoken English is required for the role. Candidates with prior experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be preferred.
