Our client is a European MNC in the manufacturing industry. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for their purchasing team. This position is a 1 year contract.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be tasked to lead the freight forwarding and inventory management functions. You will be involved with receiving customers' orders and ensuring the placements are delivered smoothly. You will be resolving daily freight requests, managing forecast to ensure inventory is sufficient, reviewing inventory report, implementing import and export processes and other related tasks.
You should have a degree/diploma in business administration/management/logistics with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant capacity. You should have good communications and interpersonal skills, can work independently, and at the same time a team player. Immediately available candidates or candidate with short notice will be preferred. Knowledge of SAP (SD/MM modules) will be highly preferred.
