Established European MNC is currently looking to hire a team player to oversee a basic Controlling/Analysis and Administrative portfolio.
Reporting to the Country GM and being an individual contributor, you will assist in monthly analysis, sales commission calculations and submission of monthly financial reports to HQ. You will provide commentary and explanation of variances and key performance drivers, and participate in forecasting activities. You will also be responsible for internal controls, annual audit, and petty cash management.
You will validate invoices before payment is processed, review commission contracts, and track royalty calculations and payments. You will track delivery of services by third party partners in the region for revenue recognition purposes. You will also be responsible in overseeing local payroll administration, CPF and IRAS matters, employee expense claims process, documentation of contracts signed in the region, as well as any administrative matters relating to the Singapore office.
Successful candidate should be comfortable working in a small team environment, and can expect a manageable and straightforward portfolio.
- Minimum 3 years of Controlling / Analysis and Administrative related exposure
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment
- Comfortable with managing a straightforward portfolio for next 3-5 years
