Our client is a global firm in the oil & gas industry and they are currently looking for a Finance & HR Manager to join the team due to business growth.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance operations, managing the month end closing process as well as tax, treasury, IT and human resources. You will prepare the annual tax returns, ensuring local tax compliance inclusive of intercompany transfer pricing requirements within reporting timelines. You will also prepare the statutory accounts, understand and manage accounting policies, procedures and controls. You will develop the annual financial plan, quarterly forecasting and reporting. As a Finance Manager, you will also provide cost accounting support and assist in the annual physical inventory stock take. Part of your job scope will also cover HR - you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing HR programs and policies, handle HR admin matters and oversee all compensation and benefit activities including processing of monthly payroll and submission of provident fund.
You should possess a Degree in Accounting and have at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment. You will need to have good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle and Hyperion would be an added advantage. You must have a good working knowledge of SOX and internal controls affecting areas of responsibilities.
