A global MNC in the luxury sector has a need for a HR and Payroll Specialist to assist them with HR projects for 1 year.
You will be reporting to the HR Director and will be tasked with payroll function, system integration as well as projects such as establishing SOPs. You will be required to handle payroll for up to 300 headcount for Singapore and Malaysia. You are to perform monthly payroll runs, liaise with payroll vendors, coordinate with internal relevant stakeholders, etc. You will need to prepare monthly reports, as well as prepare budgets and forecasts. You will also be required to assist with establishing SOPs for South East Asia region, be involved with system integration and vendor management.
You should have a degree in HR/Business Administration or any related discipline. You will need to have at least 3-5 years of HR and payroll experience preferably on a regional coverage. Strong work ethics with positive working attitude, excellent communication and organization skills are pre-requisites for this role.
