Our client is a European MNC in the manufacturing industry. They are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (covering North Asia) to join their HR team.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be tasked with the full spectrum of HR function. You will be working with internal stakeholders closely and will be involved with strategic decisions making such as talent management, learning and development, etc. You are to spearhead HR initiatives such as workforce design planning, compensation planning and review, etc. You are to manage employee relations and develop retention strategy.
You should have a degree/diploma in business administration/management/HRM with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the relevant capacity. Prior experience in a regional role is required. You should have strong communications skills and can work independently. Immediately available candidates or candidate with short notice will be preferred. This role will require 30% traveling to North Asia.
