Our client is a European MNC in the manufacturing industry. They are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (covering SEA region) to join their HR team. This position will start off as a 3 months contract and will then be converted to permanent.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be tasked with the full spectrum of HR function. You will be working with internal stakeholders closely and will be involved with strategic decision making such as talent management, learning and development, etc. You are to spearhead HR initiatives such as workforce design planning, compensation planning and review, etc. You are to manage employee relations and develop retention strategy.
You should have a degree/diploma in business administration/management/HRM with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the relevant capacity. Prior experience in SEA region required. You should have strong communications skills and can work independently. Immediately available candidates or candidate with short notice will be preferred.
