Our client is an SGX listed companies in the transport industry. They have a need for a junior HR Executive to join their HR team.
This role will focus mainly on learning and development administrative duties. This will include coordinating and managing the training/courses logistics such as course enrolment, preparation of training materials, booking of classroom, handling course enquiries, etc. You will also be required to administer appointment of trainers, scheduling of trainers, getting feedback from trainers, etc. Some other activities include preparing reports on training conducted, support IT related training initiatives.
You should have a diploma in business or any related discipline. You are to have basic knowledge in course administration with good writing and reporting skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and work independently would be pre-requisites for the role.
