Our client is looking for IT helpdesk support analyst. This is mid-level position with well-known company in offshore marine industry. Our client is providing service in Global Level.
- L1/L2 technical support to the end-users
- Ticketing, trouble-shooting support on technical issues.
- At least 4 years of L1/L2 and ticketing support experience
- Active Directory and MS office knowledge will be needed in this role.
