Our client is a US listed MNC in the manufacturing industry. They have a need for a Learning and Development manager to join their HR team.
You will be tasked with the full spectrum of Learning and Development function and responsibilities will include succession planning, talent management. You are to look at training activities in Asia, identify training needs of employees, recruit internal trainers, design training materials to ensure that the business objectives are met
You should have a degree in business/HR or any related discipline and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in learning and development function. You should also have good project management skills with excellent communication skills. 40% of traveling will be required for this role.
