Our client is a European MNC in the manufacturing industry. They are currently looking for a part time Office Administrator to join their organisation.
Reporting to the Business Head, you will be tasked with office administration and payroll functions. You will be managing the daily office operations such as ordering of stationeries, office maintenance, handling expense claims, visa applications, liaising with outsourced payroll vendors as well as preparation of payroll report and HR report.
You should have a diploma in business administration or its equivalent. You should have good communications skills with good attitude and have 3-5 years of experience in the related capacity. Payroll knowledge is mandatory to have. Immediate availability preferred. Knowledge in Microsoft Office will be advantageous.
