Our client is a market leader in the designing industry. They are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join their fun and dynamic team on a 6 months basis to cover maternity leave.
As a Secretary supporting the Managing Director, you will be required to prepare reports, take minutes of meeting, prepare presentations, answer phone calls, make travel arrangements, office administration, and back up reception area when necessary etc.
You should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in the administrative field. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office and taking minutes of meeting.
