Our client is a growing, dynamic company. They are looking to hire a receptionist / administrative assistant for the team.
For this role, you will be attending to walk in clients, answering of phone calls, and other ad hoc duties as assigned. You are also expected to assist the directors in filing, scanning and faxing of documents.
You should have at least a Diploma or equivalent, preferably with experience in handling receptionist duties. You should have good communication skills and are able to work independently.
