Our client is a US based MNC with specialization in the technology industry. They are looking to hire a Sales Administrative Assistant for a contractual period of 3 months.
This role provides helps to prepare sales quotations to customers, liaise with suppliers, follow up on orders delivery, process warranty claims, and prepare service contracts, etc.
You should have at least an "O" Level, ITE or Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of sales support experience. You should have strong organization skills, good communications skills and are able to work independently. Immediate availability preferred.
