We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Recruitment Business in Singapore.
Our teams provide Finance and IT consulting and recruitment services to a wide range of clients across all industries and our business in Singapore have been expanding really fast.
Your role will be responsible for business development activities, meeting clients in order to understand their needs, actively networking in the market and mushrooming existing clients as well as developing brand new clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for entire sales cycle. You will work with one of the best performing team in the market and you will benefit from the best training and coaching programs in the industry.
We have had success in transforming the following 3 profiles into top performers in our organisation worldwide through almost 60 years of experience:
- Those that are looking to transition their traditional Accounting/Technology/Consulting experience into a sales capacity
- Recruitment experience - junior or senior level
- Sales experience - ideally business to business sales
You will have a proven track record of achievement and business acumen. Personal dedication to excellence, initiative and integrity are necessary. Prior experience in finance/accounting, banking operations, compliance, technology, sales and/or professional services is an advantage.
