Our client is an MNC in the shipping industry. They are currently looking for a Secretary to join their dynamic team on a 6months basis to cover maternity leave.
As a Secretary, you will be required to prepare reports, presentations, answer phone calls, make travel arrangements, office administration, check and verify expense claims, etc. You will only be required to work 6 hours in a day.
You should possess at least a Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of experience in the administrative field. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office and tech savvy.
