Our client is a global pharmaceutical company and they are currently looking for a Team Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to the head of the division, you will be responsible for organizational and administrative tasks. These will include calendar management, hotel and flight arrangement, coordinating meetings and visa application. You will also be tasked with duties such as expense claims, invoice processing, etc. You will need to be the point of contact for the department for all matters.
You should possess a Diploma in business or its equivalent and have at least 2-4 years of relevant experience. You should also have good Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills is required for the role and the ideal candidate will need to be a team player, pro-active, have good initiative, meticulous and are flexible.
