The Company
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company and they are currently looking for a Administrative/Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team.

The Role
Reporting to the Legal head, you will be responsible for calendar management which includes coordinating meetings, appointments, business trips, etc. You will also be taking minutes of meetings, handling expense claims, arranging flight and hotel bookings, applying for visa, travel documents, etc. You will also be tasked with duties such as vendors creation, invoice processing, etc.

Your Profile
You should possess a Diploma in business or its equivalent and have at least 2-4 years of relevant experience. You should also have good Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills is required for the role and the ideal candidate will need to be a team player, pro-active, have good initiative, meticulous and are flexible.
