The Company
Our client is a French MNC in the technology industry. They are currently expanding and are looking for a part time office manager to assist the GM.

The Role
You will be supporting the GM with office maintenance duties such as ordering of stationeries. You will also be assisting him with secretarial duties such as booking of flights and accommodations, managing correspondences, visa application, approving staff expense reports, processing supplier invoices, etc.

Your Profile
You should have good communication skills and have experience working in the capacity of an office manager/personal assistant for at least 3 years. You should be pro-active and have good initiative.
