Our client is a leading asset management firm and they are currently looking for an experienced personal assistant cum office administrator to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include complex travel arrangements and hotel bookings for the MD. You will tasked with calendar and diary management, expense preparation as well as visa applications. As a personal assistant cum office administrator, you will also assist in the coverage of receptionist duties, arranging for courier services as well as maintaining office stationery and pantry supplies.
You should possess at least 3 to 5 years of PA experience, with experience supporting senior management. You will need to be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). You will need to possess excellent communication and written skills. You will need to work independently with minimum supervision and use your own initiative to provide additional support as and when required.
