Our client is a highly reputable financial institution. Due to business expansion, they are keen to hire a Service Desk Manager to run the 1st level support team across the region.

The Role

* Provide a high level of Customer Service on the IT Help Desk
* To provide technical support for laptop related software and hardware to employees/customers in an efficient & friendly manner

Your Profile

* 5+ years IT helpdesk/service desk experience
* Ability to communicate effectively with all customers at all levels
* Prior experience working with the vendors and infrastructure team.
* Banking and trading floor experience is a must
