Our client is a French MNC in the manufacturing industry. Looking to expand the Singapore team, our client is actively sourcing for outstanding professionals to join them.
Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you are expected to handle receptionist and administration duties such as managing the courier invoices, answering of phone calls, attending to visitors, managing office stationeries, and participating in procurement functions.
You should have at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of working experience in general office administrative work.
