Our client, a leading General Insurance company, is recruiting within their Finance department with the hire of a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager. This is a fabulous opportunity to work for an organisation with both a strong brand image and excellent reputation in Singapore.
The successful incumbent will be working within an experienced Finance Division with over 40 headcount. You will be responsible for all Financial Reporting for the group - this will include all Business and Regulatory reporting. The job holder will ensure the completion of month end reconciliation between SAP, Gen400 and Oracle GL as well as being responsible for the monthly end completion of tax computation. The Financial Reporting professional will generate all reports for both statutory and management reporting and will provide general support to the Finance team on all projects, process management and implementation of financial controls. Further ad hoc tasks will also be performed.
You must be a degree educated professional, who is ACCA qualified. To be suitable for this opportunity, our client is looking for a strong Financial Reporting candidate who has direct exposure working within the General Insurance industry. Due to the nature of the role, you will have a good understanding of accounting practises and have the ability to work in a team environment.
