Our client is one the largest global players in the IT industry. They are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team in Singapore. It is a great opportunity to enhance your accounting skills & knowledge in this recognized firm.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you are expected to supervise the AP team and manage AP processes. You are to ensure all properly approved supplier invoices are accurately processed on a timely basis. You are also expected to handle basic general ledger reconciliations, support GST & other monthly compliance filing, etc. Other AP duties include reviewing of invoices, paying suppliers in accordance with payment terms, preparing manual cheques, and reconciling bank statements, etc.
You should have at least a Degree in Accountancy and/or any recognized professional accounting qualification, with some knowledge / experience in handling accounting / audit functions.
