A US MNC in the Financial Industry is looking for an Assistant Office Manager to join their growing team.
Your responsibilities will include manning the reception area such as answering calls and attending to visitors, booking of meeting rooms, handling travel and hotel arrangement, ordering of stationery and pantry supplies as well as assisting in organizing events.
You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience with the relevant experience. You must have strong communication skills and are able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Prior experience working in Financial Services industry would be advantageous.
