Our client is a well-established beauty and cosmetic brand providing high performance and innovative products to the consumer market for over 150 years. As part of their growth plans for the Asia region, they are seeking to recruit a Regional Business Analyst.
Reporting to the APAC Managing Director, you will work independently in partnering both Commercial and Marketing team in support of strategic business planning and budgeting. You will also be responsible for developing and review of pricing strategies in line with distribution, commercial and marketing strategy and determining optimal pricing for new products while taking in consideration of competitor price, regulations and marketing constraints.
This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will be required to map configurations and data architectures for both Marketing and Commercial as well as design and develop enterprise-wide scalable end-user reporting tools and systems for business-users.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics with about 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a business analysis / financial analysis role. Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Power Query/BI/Pivot/Tableau or other relevant tools will be essential. Prior experience in the retail or FMCG industry will be preferred.
