Our client is US listed and they are in the hospitality industry. They currently have a need for a Compensation and Benefits analyst to join them for 6 months.
You will be involved with the full spectrum of compensation and benefits function. You will be tasked with consolidation of market data for review and analysis, providing benefits administration, preparation of health insurance, etc. You will also assist to support in ad hoc projects such as drafting out benefits, providing salary for management roles as well as updates on the different pay bands.
You should have a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the HR field. Excellent communications skills and strong problem-solving skills would be required. You should be able to work with minimal supervision and are proficient in using excel function. Immediate availability preferred.
